Cleaning and use
• Rinse with baking soda and vinegar before first use.
• Avoid bleach and abrasive cleaners.
• Remove the lid, hand wash and air dry, then reinstall.
• Do not wash with dishwasher or use in refrigerator.
• Do not pour hot liquids.
Warning:
• Do not place in stoves, microwaves, fires or other extreme heat sources as damage and injury may occur.

• How to remove the strap?
• Unscrew the lid and hold the body of the bottle with one hand while pulling the strap upward with a little force with the other.
Skills:
• The strap can be pulled out with hard force; Proper heating also helps. You can place the plastic band in hot water (<120oF / 48.9oC) for a period of time to soften it and then remove it more easily.
